Salary: The starting salary is £53,459, which includes allowances totaling £2,928. The salary breakdown is as follows: £50,531 basic salary (which will increase annually until reaching £55,103), a location allowance of £1,928, and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

Job Description: Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) relies on high-performing individuals. As a Business Service Manager, you’ll manage service level agreements, operational level agreements, and underpinning contracts to ensure CTP receives high-quality services. Your work supports national security and helps keep the country safe.
You’ll be part of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), providing national IT services for CTP. You will work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to support service delivery and meet service level agreements.
1. Monitor and manage services through reports and tracking service levels.
2. Hold regular service reviews with stakeholders.
3. Engage with customers and users to identify improvements.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Experience with ITIL service management processes, including Service Level Management, Supplier Management, Service Reporting, Change Management, and Problem Management.
* Technical knowledge of IT hardware, Cisco and Microsoft technologies, data centre management, and monitoring and automation tools.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
