A track record of working with planners, legal teams and developers to bring sites forward successfully for delivery. RICS preferred.
Site search already undertaken has identified in excess of 60 new sites along an existing portfolio of land opportunities which require assessment and preparation for marketing.
We need an organised professional mind to work through each site identifying issues, resolving or de-risking the sites and preparing them for the market to meet the Councils ambitions linked to housing numbers, growth and renewable energy infrastructure.
