Why You’ll Love It
This is a role for clinicians who enjoy being trusted to do their job well. You’ll work independently, treating a varied MSK caseload, earning strong hourly rates, and developing your skillset in a clinic that takes CPD seriously. You’ll be fully supported with structured in‑house training, clear clinical standards, and ongoing development opportunities in Pilates and acupuncture where relevant.
All About You
* Minimum 5 years’ MSK experience
* Current or very recent hands‑on MSK experience within hospital outpatients and/or private practice
* Comfortable treating a wide range of MSK presentations independently
* Confident with manual therapy, including joint mobilisation and manipulation
* Pilates mat/reformer qualifications desirable – or willingness to train via APPI with free participation and observation of classes
* Acupuncture desirable – or willingness to complete AACP training with in‑house training
* Strong commitment to CPD – applications must clearly list courses with dates and accrediting bodies
* Organised, professional, and proactive in your clinical approach
* NHS experience desirable (or equivalent Band 5+ level experience)
* Ideally based within 30–40 minutes of Epsom (Surrey, SW London, or North Sussex) (This role is not suited to those reliant on daily long M25 commutes)
What Will You Be Doing?
This is a hands‑on, independent MSK role within a high‑performing private practice. You’ll assess and treat your own caseload of patients, drawing on your clinical experience and training. Where qualified – or once trained – you’ll also have the opportunity to deliver Pilates‑based rehabilitation, either 1:1 or in small groups, expanding both your clinical offering and income.
Working Hours and Environment
The role is part-time initially and self‑employed. Availability is required for:
* One evening clinic per week
* Saturday mornings
Outside of these core sessions, there is flexibility to structure your working week. You’ll work from a well‑equipped clinic close to central Epsom, with free parking and excellent rail links.
Reaching Your Potential
This is a respected, growth‑focused clinic with a clear, structured approach to MSK care. Monthly in‑house CPD is embedded for all clinicians, alongside structured onboarding and in‑house training to ensure confidence across all required treatment techniques. Clinicians developing skills in Pilates and acupuncture are actively supported with additional training, supervision, and progression opportunities.
Important: Your CV must clearly list all CPD undertaken, including course names, accrediting bodies, and dates.
