You will be approachable, self-motivated and committed to supporting learners in a structured and supportive environment. A flexible and collaborative approach is essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality and engaging learning experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet a range of learner needs will be key to your success. Previous teaching experience is not essential. We offer full training and ongoing professional development, making this an ideal opportunity for a practising electrician looking to transition into education, or for an existing tutor seeking a new challenge.
