Campus Officer: Behaviour and Intervention (Term-Time Only), Weston-super-Mare
Weston College, one of the UK's fastest-growing colleges offering courses from entry level to Masters degrees, is seeking a Campus Officer: Behaviour and Intervention. This is a term-time only role, working 37 hours per week, with positions available at Knightstone Campus or Loxton Campus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be a visible presence on campus, especially in communal areas, proactively addressing learner-related issues.
2. Challenge inappropriate behaviour and promote positive behaviour in line with the Student Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Awareness of mental health and physical challenges.
2. Ability to plan and prioritize own caseload with minimal supervision.
