Job Purpose:
To contact supermarkets across assigned regions to gather accurate, up-to-date information required for scheduling charity fundraising bookings and entering data into the company portal. The role supports the weekly planning of face-to-face fundraising activities by liaising closely with Booking Coordinators to understand regional requirements, ensure availability, and secure suitable opportunities for fundraisers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supermarket Outreach & Data Collection
Make outbound calls to supermarkets on behalf of partnered charities to:
Confirm store availability for face-to-face fundraising
Obtain or update manager contact details
Check permission status and store-specific guidelines
