Performance Marketing Executive, up to £30k, Hybrid, West MidlandsAbout the CompanyAn outstanding Birmingham based integrated agency with a passion for developing exceptional brands are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join their growing digital client services team.DescriptionWorking as part of this highly skilled digital media team and alongside the wider digital, PR & Social teams, you'll be responsible for working across a diverse range of B2C and B2 accounts with day to day responsibility for:day to day management of Google Ads accounts including paid search, display video and shoppingoptimisation of paid social campaignssetting up new campaigns and supporting the account manager/director to onboard new clientsreporting on account performance and talking results through with clientsworking on product feed optimisation and management for an Ecommerce platformdaily, weekly and monthly optimisations focused on ROAStaking in briefs and feedback accurately from clientstraffic projects through the agency and updating schedules and account teamssupporting adhoc projects and ongoing digital campaigns inputting into search, display and paid social campaignsExperienceTo be considered for this position you'll ideally have experience in the following:experience as an Account Executive within an agency environment or working inhouse and confident in speaking to clientsGoogle Analytics knowledge is essential (ideally GA4) and with Google Ads experienceideally knowledge of PPC, Paid Social and SEOexcellent analytical skillsexcellent communication and organisational skillscapable of crafting engaging and eloquent reports for clientsRemuneration£23-28k depending on experienceenhanced holiday allowance plus an additional day off for your birthdaypersonal training budgethealthcarehybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 remote
