SaaS Platform Client Manager You will lead on the client management of our Track Record Platform. Ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction. In this senior leadership role requiring a blend of delivery expertise, client relationship management, and people development, you will be instrumental in shaping how Track Record is deployed and supported across our most critical accounts, playing a pivotal role in mentoring and developing our client leads, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career progression across the team. Remit and Key deliverables will include: * Point of contact for major programmes, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and long-term relationship growth. * Lead deployment strategies and execution, aligning platform capabilities with client objectives. * Oversee the full lifecycle of Track Record deployments, from scoping and configuration to training and support, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations and contractual obligations. * Identify opportunities and initiatives to expand platform usage across use cases (Facilities, Engage, Safety), supporting growth of Track Record through integration opportunities or expansion. * Collaborate with Technical and Operations Leads to escalate issues, identify trends, and drive platform enhancements. * Champion client success by ensuring measurable outcomes and satisfaction across all engagements. * Contribute to sales collateral, case studies, and client presentations to support business development.
