The Role
:
As a Registered Nurse Team Leader, you will lead and support a team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the delivery of person-centred clinical support and interventions.
2. Manage resources efficiently to maintain and improve care quality.
3. Conduct thorough assessments and prepare clinical reports.
4. Collaborate with key professionals to implement guidance and protocols.
5. Complete regulatory alerts and notifications accurately and promptly.
6. Lead and support clinical team members, fostering development and performance.
7. Manage medication and clinical interventions, adhering to policies and guidelines.
8. Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Practice.
9. Maintain ongoing NMC registration and CPD.
10. Demonstrate and uphold company values, ensuring safe, effective practices.
11. Deputise for the Registered Manager as needed.
Requirements:
12. Previous experience working in a similar role.
13. Experience in care settings as a Nurse or Clinical Nurse Lead.
14. Registered Nurse Band 6 or above with an active PIN.
15. Understanding of PEG, tracheotomy, and other clinical procedures.
16. Familiarity with person-centred care and non-discriminatory practices.
17. Knowledge of NMC codes of practice and regulatory responsibilities.
18. Skilled in administrative tasks and computer literacy.
