We are working with a successful, privately owned, multi-site manufacturing group to appoint a Group Finance Director in a pivotal board-level role, partnering closely with the owner.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership position with real influence, offering the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a well-established, cash-generative business with clear ambitions for both organic growth and acquisition.
The Role
Youll take full ownership of the Group finance function while acting as a key member of the leadership team. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing finance across a multi-site operation
* Driving performance, profitability and cash generation
* Partnering the Board on strategy, growth and decision-making
* Supporting and leading M&A and integration activity
