What You’ll Do
* Greet & Serve Residents: Take orders, serve meals, and ensure every dining experience is enjoyable.
* Promote Nutrition & Choice: Encourage healthy, balanced meals and accommodate dietary needs.
* Keep It Clean & Organized: Clear tables, assist with dishwashing, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
* Support Food Prep: Help prep meals, restock supplies, and assist the culinary team as needed.
* Engage in Community Activities: Participate in events, social gatherings, and special dining experiences.
* Live Our Values: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, commitment, and compassion in all interactions.
* Have availability: Must be able to work every other weekend.
Who You Are
* Previous experience as a server, in a kitchen, or in hospitality is a plus.
* Flexible and available to work weekends and varying shifts.
* A team player who enjoys creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors.
