Overview
Operations Manager - Additional Works role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in FM management and small works projects to take on the responsibility of all additional works on behalf of our client. A people manager, you will have managed both sub-contractors, ensuring high levels of delivery within a CPI's, KPI's and PI's environment, and you will have managed, monitored and controlled costs to achieve financial targets. You will play a key role in the audit process and be experienced in management information, operational finance and reporting. You will engage and manage key stakeholder relationships, including managing multi-disciplinary teams. You will hold an OSH certificate and be able to demonstrate awareness of CDM regulations. Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, you must hold a minimum standard of C&G Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services or air conditioning/refrigeration.
