About us - We are a well-established kitchen cabinet manufacturer, producing high-quality, made-to-measure cabinetry for a wide range of clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role operating CNC and production machinery within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will primarily operate an Anderson CNC nesting machine and beam saw, while also receiving training on additional equipment with the opportunity to develop into a multi-skilled operator.

.Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor the Anderson nesting CNC machine for accurate cutting of cabinet components
* Set up and run the beam saw to optimise material usage and maintain production efficiency
* Read and interpret job sheets, cutting lists, and production drawings
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
* Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Learn to operate additional machinery as part of ongoing training and development
* Work collaboratively with the production and assembly teams Career Progression
