Job Description
* Process payroll for German-speaking employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
* Manage payroll data entry and maintain employee records with confidentiality and precision.
* Assist in resolving payroll queries from employees and external parties in a timely manner.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure payroll changes are communicated effectively.
* Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy before final submission.
* Monitor compliance with tax and other legal obligations related to payroll processing.
* Support the accounting and finance team with payroll-related reporting and analysis.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within payroll operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful German Speaking Payroller will have:
* Fluency in German, both written and verbal, is essential.
* Experience in payroll processing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Knowledge of German payroll laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
