We're looking for a proactive and organised **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team in **Newcastle-under-Lyme**. You’ll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients.

We're looking for a proactive and organised **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team in **Newcastle-under-Lyme**. You’ll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Responding to inbound leads and conducting outreach via **LinkedIn, email, and phone**
* Pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria
* Booking meetings for our Growth Consultants
* Attending client meetings to support note-taking and follow-ups
* Preparing and updating client proposals
* Following up on leads and managing proposal outcomes
* Maintaining and updating sales pipelines in our CRM
* Supporting client onboarding by coordinating with Accounts and Project Management teams
**Desirable Experience (not essential)**
* An interest in the **web or digital marketing** industry
* Familiarity with **HubSpot, Monday.com, Apollo.io**, or **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
