The Senior Audit Manager will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor a high‑performing team, overseeing the planning, execution and completion of audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high‑quality insights to clients while contributing to business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead audit engagements from planning through execution and completion.
* Oversee planning, scheduling and resource allocation for audit projects.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as UK GAAP and IFRS.
* Deliver high‑quality insights to clients and support business development initiatives.
* Mentor and develop audit team members.
Qualifications
* ACA/ACCA/CA qualification (or equivalent).
* Significant post‑qualification experience in audit.
* Proven track record of managing complex audit engagements and leading teams.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and auditing standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a genuine passion for developing others.
