Your expertise in cost estimation will help ensure projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, and delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates.
* Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather critical data for pricing and planning.
* Identify and evaluate all cost elements, including materials, labour, equipment, and time requirements.
* Prepare and present clear, comprehensive cost estimates and project budgets for internal and client review.
* Update estimates in response to design changes, site conditions, or revised project scopes.
* Support the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
* Monitor industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes to maintain up-to-date estimating practices.
