Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle health checks and providing clear, timely quotations to customers. Creating invoices for completed work using the Kerridge DMS system. Managing workloads effectively while maintaining customer expectations and satisfaction. Coordinating with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to support service delivery. Keeping customers fully informed regarding updates, costs, approvals, and progress. Producing accurate and timely estimates to support service efficiency and customer clarity.
