The Role I'm seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a dynamic kitchen team across all outlets restaurant, events, and banqueting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and is passionate about both la carte dining and large-scale catering.
Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence across restaurant and banqueting services.
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Contribute to menu development, cost control, and supplier management.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety standards.
Take charge in the Head Chefs absence, maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen performance.
Work collaboratively with the events and F&B teams to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.
About You Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous within a 4-star hotel or similar multi-outlet environment.
Skilled in both fine dining and high-volume banqueting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent understanding of food trends, menu planning, and cost control.
