Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, a Business Manager, and support staff Drive performance to exceed sales, finance, and add-on product targets Manage the full end-to-end used car sales process, ensuring a seamless customer journey Maintain compliance with FCA and company standards Develop and implement performance management, training, and coaching strategies Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales operations Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver on dealership goals and objectives About You To succeed as a Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll be a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
