Great! Becky at JT Recruit would like to hear from you, she is looking to appoint an Administrator for the Waste Management Team, your skills are needed to help keep Derby clean, green, and running smoothly!
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Supporting customers, contractors, and colleagues with waste service enquiries
✔️ Monitoring team mailboxes and managing incoming requests
✔️ Logging and tracking enquiries, complaints, and Freedom of Information requests
✔️ Allocating tasks to field officers and ensuring smooth workflow
✔️ Processing purchase orders, payments, and invoices
✔️ Maintaining accurate records and financial data
✔️ Contributing to a responsive and efficient service for the people of Derby
What we’re looking for:
🌟 Excellent organisational and communication skills
🌟 Confident with Microsoft Office and internal systems
🌟 Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle a varied workload
🌟 Experience in admin, customer service, or local authority roles
🌟 A team player who’s ready to get stuck in and make a real impact
