M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased)
Location: Windlesham, Surrey (site-based with travel to London & Home Counties)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased) to oversee building services design, coordination, and subcontractor management across a portfolio of prestigious projects. This role will see you managing the integration and delivery of MEP services from enquiry stage through to handover, ensuring benchmarks of health and safety, quality, and programme compliance are met.
You will take responsibility for producing commissioning programmes, managing the entire commissioning process, and coordinating all utilities installations with statutory authorities. Collaboration across departments will be central, ensuring seamless project delivery.

What You’ll Bring
* Strong MEP technical knowledge with the ability to interrogate designs and identify potential issues
* Demonstrated experience taking responsibility for full building services packages from design to handover
* Background in laboratory fit-outs and large-scale technical projects is highly desirable
* Good understanding of programming principles and how MEP integrates with the building fabric
* Experience managing utilities suppliers and commissioning processes
* Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, site logistics, and temporary services requirements
* Ability to assess subcontractor submissions, identify change, and manage commercial implications
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
* Proficiency in IT systems and digital tools, with the ability to prepare accurate technical reports
* Relevant qualifications and CSCS accreditation (or ability to obtain)
