Account Manager

Location : Peterborough
Salary : Basic up to £28k plus commission, plus £45k+
As an Account Manager, youll be responsible for taking care of existing customers making sure theyre happy and satisfied. Youll be their go-to person for any issues that come up in relation to their Telecoms and IT account, and youll work closely with other departments/divisions to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Working from our Peterborough offices, your goal will be to keep these customers with us for the long haul and to increase our revenue by selling additional products and services that would benefit them. Youll report directly to the Head of Account Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage an existing customer base and provide top-notch customer service.
Look for opportunities to increase revenue by suggesting additional products and services.
Respond to any customer queries and work with other departments to resolve issues.
Meet revenue, churn, and product penetration targets.
Renew existing contracts and upsell wherever possible.
Prepare and present proposals to corporate standards, tailored to each individual customer.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, including needs analysis, proposal negotiating, and handover to the Provisioning Team.
Submit weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.
Review existing customers current services to ensure theyre utilizing them to the fullest.
Meet all productivity and performance KPIs.
Obtain additional information to build strong customer relationships.
Reach out to new clients via phone and email on a daily basis.

Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.
Proven experience presenting products and solutions over the phone and online.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to close business opportunities.
Excellent customer service skills.
