About the Role
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, client-focused conveyancing professional to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative team, the role will have support and is office based.
Key Responsibilities

* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
\t
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds and shared ownership transactions
\t
* Providing exceptional client care and maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
\t
* Ensuring all work is compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements
\t
* Contributing to the efficiency and success of the conveyancing team
