Job Title: Business Development Manager\n Location: London (with travel to clients as needed)\n Type: Full-Time (hybrid)\n\nOverview:\n A fast-growing financial consultancy is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving growth in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and execute business development strategy in line with company goals\nBuild and maintain a strong network across key verticals\nLead sales meetings and manage the full engagement process from proposal to close\nCollaborate with senior delivery teams to scope opportunities and craft tailored proposals\nConduct research and leverage networks to identify and engage new prospects\nMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure GDPR compliance\nRepresent the firm at relevant industry and networking eventsRequirements:\n\n5+ years' experience in a professional services or consultancy environment\nProven track record in cold business development and meeting targets\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels including C suite stakeholders\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities\nComfortable with high volumes of in-person meetings and travel\nKnowledge of financial services, private equity, or investment banking is a plus\nEnjoys working collaberatively in a close knit teamRemuneration:\n\nCompetitive salary (DOE)\nBiannual bonus scheme based on personal and business performance\nComprehensive benefits package \n\nWe are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
