Job Title : Associate Director / Technical Director - Building Performance Modelling Lead

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage building performance modelling projects
* Conduct Part L compliance assessments and TM52, TM59 overheating evaluations.
* Perform TM54 operational energy assessments and develop energy strategies.
* Drive initiatives for Net Zero and Low Carbon Design.
* Support bid preparation
* Knowledge of green building standards such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, Ect.
* Team Management and mentoring
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in engineering, environmental, architectural, or sustainability disciplines.
* Membership in a related professional institution
* Certification as a Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)
* NABERS assessorMust be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC) vetting level
