🌍 About the Role
As Global Product Manager for WoundCare, you’ll drive global growth across key healthcare markets, partnering with UK and international sales teams to lead product strategy, category performance, and market expansion.
This isn't just a “support” role - you will be the product champion, the voice of the customer, and the commercial driver behind a high-potential global portfolio.
You will:

Own full product lifecycle management across global markets

Shape marketing plans and messaging that differentiate the portfolio
*
Lead new product launches and create high-impact sales campaigns
*
Build strong partnerships across the animal healthcare sector
*
Identify innovation opportunities and strengthen the value proposition
*
Conduct market, competitor and KOL research to guide strategy
*
Create compelling content (sales collateral, videos, website copy, blogs)
*
Develop tools & training to empower international sales teams
*
Influence margin, pricing, product changes and continuous improvement
*
Steer the demand plan and contribute to S&OP alignment
*
Work cross-functionally with regulatory, quality, procurement and R&D
*
Build and manage a clinical advisory board
*
Co-travel with global sales teams and engage directly with customers

Essential:

Experience s in product management, marketing or commercial roles within med tech, medical devices or strongly related sectors
*
Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing product strategy
*
Excellent communicator with confidence presenting across teams
*
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive decisions
*
Proactive, organised and outcomes-driven
*
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects
*
Comfortable travelling (UK & International c.20%)
Desirable:
*
Experience in UK or international healthcare markets
*
Exposure to animal health markets
*
CIM/Marketing qualifications
*
Experience of CRM, Power BI, Q-Pulse
