An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities & Operations Coordinator to join a well-regarded commercial property organisation in Birmingham.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors while ensuring high standards across the site.Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring it remains safe, compliant and well-maintained.
2. Build strong relationships with tenants, visitors and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Manage contractor access and oversee maintenance works in line with health & safety procedures.
4. Respond to tenant queries and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and report or escalate any issues as required.
6. Support property management teams with reporting, administration and operational updates.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities, workplace or property operations coordination.
