Voyage Care is seeking a Personal Finance Audit Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by improving financial practices that support the people we care for.What You’ll DoPlan and complete financial assurance visits across homes and services.Assess compliance with financial policies and procedures, including petty cash and personal finance controls.Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas of non-compliance, recommending and implementing improvements.Undertake and report on financial investigations into irregularities or concerns.Communicate findings to managers and directors, highlighting good practice and areas for improvement.Provide financial process support and advice to service managers, including during induction.Prepare detailed reports for internal use and external agencies such as safeguarding boards.Work collaboratively to ensure a systematic approach to monitoring financial processes.What We’re Looking ForSelf-motivated, confident, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Numerate with a keen interest in financial systems.Ability to manage time effectively between office and fieldwork.Strong IT skills and proficiency in report writing and presentations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Awareness of people with Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries, with the ability to communicate effectively with the people we support.Why Join Us?At Voyage Care, we’re committed to improving lives and ensuring financial integrity across our services.
