What You Will Do:
* Perform a range of complex blood transfusion analyses and techniques in a high-quality laboratory setting.
* Ensure the accurate documentation and reporting of medical data according to regulatory standards.
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes for patients.
* Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper function.
* Uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Must have two years of relevant NHS experience in blood transfusion.
* A valid driver’s licence is preferable for travel between multiple sites.
* Ability to provide two professional references upon CV submission.
