Main duties of the job
As a Digital Content Apprentice, you will learn how to produce accessible, bilingual (Welsh and English), inclusive content for websites and social media channels. You\'ll receive training in content management systems, digital analytics, user research and content design principles, helping you to build strong foundations for a successful career in digital communications.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, curious, and motivated to learn - no previous experience is required, just a willingness to develop new skills and contribute to meaningful public health campaigns. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Interest in creating and sharing digital content for websites and social media platforms
* Basic understanding of content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar) and/or social media scheduling tools, with a willingness to develop these skills further.
* Awareness of how data and user feedback can help improve digital content, with an interest in learning how to apply this in practice.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact respectfully and clearly with others.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately.
Experience Desirable
* Experience (through education, personal projects, or volunteering) in creating and sharing digital content for websites and social media platforms
Skills And Attributes Desirable
* Welsh Language Skills are desirable levels 1 to 5 in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Welsh
Essential Other
* Interest in learning project coordination, digital tools, and business administration skills
* Commitment to complete the Level 3 apprenticeship qualification and attend all off-the-job training when required.
* Flexibility to attend meetings or events (in person or virtual) as needed
* Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner to meet the needs of the apprenticeship or service
