As we continue to expand our brand presence and product range, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to lead growth initiatives, strengthen our market position, and support the continued success of an ambitious and creative food business. Key Responsibilities i. Commercial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement commercial growth strategies that strengthen Delice Foods market position. Set sales targets, identify growth opportunities, and support brand expansion across all bakery product lines. ii. Market Research & Product Insights: Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product mix, pricing, seasonal ranges, and innovation opportunities. iii. Sales & Promotional Campaigns: Plan and deliver promotional activities, seasonal product launches, and sales campaigns to increase visibility and revenue, working closely with bakery and operations teams. iv. Digital & Online Sales Management: Enhance the companys digital presence through website optimization, online sales initiatives, social media engagement, and digital advertising. v. Supplier & Partnership Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, cafés, retailers, and wholesale partners to ensure ingredient quality, product consistency, and expanded commercial opportunities. vi. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging that reflects artisan quality, authenticity, and community values. Manage customer feedback and protect the brands reputation. vii. Data Analytics & Reporting: Track sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. Produce regular insights-driven reports that support strategic decision-making. viii. Pricing & Profitability Management: Develop and maintain competitive pricing structures that maximize profitability while maintaining product value and quality. ix. Community & Local Engagement: Represent Delice Food at local markets, food festivals, and community events. Strengthen local partnerships and promote customer loyalty. x. E-commerce & Customer Experience Enhancement: Improve online ordering, customer communication, delivery coordination, and other touchpoints to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey. xi. Innovation & Product Development: Collaborate with bakers and pastry chefs to introduce new products, seasonal menus, and creative ranges that reflect market demand and Delice Foods artisan ethos. xii. Team Coordination & External Support: Coordinate internal staff, external freelancers, and creative partners to ensure high-quality commercial output and aligned branding. xiii. Long-Term Growth & Business Development: Work with leadership to explore new markets, digital innovations, wholesale routes, and customer engagement initiatives such as subscription boxes or loyalty programmes.
