We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead our growth strategy, elevate brand awareness, and scale customer acquisition across digital channels.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader with a strong background in paid marketing and performance acquisition. This role will take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, budget, and execution, with a key focus on generating high-quality leads and delivering measurable ROI.
You will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimise customer acquisition funnels, and work closely with senior leadership to support ambitious business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the internal marketing team, setting tasks and reviewing performance
* Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
* Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks
* Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing and conversion optimisation
* Manage marketing budgets and deliver clear ROI reporting
* Oversee SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and organic social activity
* Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics tools to improve results continuously
* Build and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer journeys
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
* Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role
* Proven success managing high-performing paid marketing campaigns with significant budgets
* Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, retargeting, and conversion tracking
* Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM systems
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
* Experience in financial services, fintech, or lead generation sectors preferred
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Desirable
* Experience scaling marketing teams
* Knowledge of compliance and FCA-regulated marketing environments
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) metrics
