About the role:
As a Senior Associate, you will support the Network Tax team by delivering timely and effective tax advice to network leadership. You will play a key role in enabling strategic decision-making across network-wide initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and development of the PwC network. Your work will help ensure tax considerations are embedded in planning, execution and transformation efforts.
What your days will look like:
1. You will build and maintain strong relationships with global functions and internal tax teams across the PwC network.
2. You will support managers and directors on network-wide transactions, complex structuring and risk management matters.
3. You will manage tax compliance activities for network entities, with guidance from senior team members .
4. You will use technology to enhance service delivery and streamline tax processes.
The skills & experience we're looking for:
5. You have a minimum of two years' experience in tax or accounting, ideally within a professional services or industry setting.
6. You are familiar with tax treaties, their purpose and how they are applied in a global context.
7. You may hold relevant tax qualifications such as CTA, ATT, ACA or equivalent, which are desirable but not essential.
8. You manage your time effectively and meet deadlines with support when needed.
9. You work independently while actively contributing to a UK-based team.
10. You are naturally curious, open to learning and eager to grow professionally.
