We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of a fast-growing investment firm operating within the European software sector.

The Opportunity
This role combines senior executive support with ownership of internal culture and strategic operational projects.
Executive Support Responsibilities
\tManage and optimise the Managing Partner’s complex diary and priorities
\tCoordinate meetings across fundraising, deal sourcing, hiring, and board activity
\tProtect time for strategic thinking and personal commitments
\tPrepare AI-assisted meeting briefings and summaries
\tOrganise complex international travel
\tSupport with occasional personal administration
\tAct as a proactive gatekeeper and trusted business partner
Culture & Operations Responsibilities
\tLead the company’s internal “Great Place to Work” programme
\tOrganise socials, celebrations, gifts, and internal events
\tManage strategic projects including:

\t\tOffice move and refurbishment
\t\tAGM and event coordination
\t\tOnboarding improvements
\t\tMarketing and operational initiatives
\t
\t
\tSupport the future growth of a Front of House/support function
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
\tAn experienced Executive Assistant from investment, professional services, or high-growth environments
\tHighly organised with exceptional judgement and prioritisation skills
\tComfortable leveraging AI tools within daily workflows
\tWarm, proactive, discreet, and people-focused
\tA confident communicator with strong project management ability
\tMotivated by long-term progression into leadership and operational management
