Role Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated administrators to provide high quality administrative support to the clinical team at Whytemans Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The role is pivotal in maintaining an effective single point of access, managing the referral process, and providing comprehensive admin support for the service.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a single point of access for service users.
* Manage the referral process and electronic referral system.
* Maintain and update databases and electronic records.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical team.
* Communicate effectively with service users and internal stakeholders.
* Support the team during public holidays and provide cover as needed.
Qualifications
* SVQ III or HNC in an administrative, secretarial or business related discipline, or equivalent NHS experience.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience with developing or maintaining databases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident telephone manner and ability to work flexibly.
* Positive approach to customer care and collaborative team working.
