Support Worker
Location: Drumchapel and surrounding areas
Contract: Full time - 39 hours, Relief
Pay: £13.45 per hour

Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do
1. Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
2. Enable involvement in the local community and promote independence
3. Support with making and attending health care appointments
4. Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments
5. Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided
6. Communicate effectively with the team, family members
7. Work independently and as part of a supportive team

15. Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)
