Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Customer Experience : Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
* Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
* Visual Merchandising : Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
* Sales and Performance : Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
* Training and Development : Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Health and Safety : Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.
* A passion for cycling
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising.
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
