Circa £25,000, salary depending on experience. Permanent, 37 hours per week, office-based at Saltersford Water Treatment Works, Grantham.

Role purpose
Operational Administrator supporting the efficient running of the operational teams. The role involves a high degree of organisation and prioritisation, while effectively managing confidential information. You will manage your own workload and provide administration and procurement support to ensure the smooth running of the office and the water supply area.
Responsibilities
* Ordering of chemicals, PPE, equipment and materials for the supply team
* Managing invoices, delivery notes and credit card reconciliation
* Raising and issuing Purchase Orders
* Telephone call handling
* Meeting room management
* Occasional minute taking
* Updating employee training
* Organising electronic and paper filing systems
Using strong organisational skills, you’ll support the management team with day-to-day tasks and requests from the supply team. You’ll communicate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and customers, providing a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications and skills
* Experience as an administrator, ideally within a similar operational industry
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to liaise proactively with a wide variety of people
* IT literate with advanced use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Strong numeracy with experience in data handling and spreadsheet preparation
* Attention to detail
