1to1 Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for one of our clients in Winchester. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and clean warehouse, picking and packing goods, receiving and dispatching shipments.
Role Details:
·Winchester
·£13.30 per hour
·Temp to perm
·Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
Role Responsibilities:
·Receiving incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and storage in the correct location.
·Supporting the warehouse manager in day-to-day operations.
·Inspecting incoming goods to guarantee they meet the standards.
·Picking and packing goods according to orders, contributing to seamless order fulfilment.
·Communicating and collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive workflow.
·Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and secure working environment.
·Observing all Health & Safety requirements, contributing to a safe workplace for all.
Role Requirements:
·Previous warehouse experience, including manual handling and working at height.
·Computer proficiency for accurate record-keeping.
·Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
·Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
