Are you an organized and proactive HR professional seeking a new opportunity? We're looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our client's regional team in Gateshead. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing excellent administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the effective and compliant management of all HR administration. This includes processing staff changes, managing HR systems, and handling confidential documentation. Some regional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR administration and provide support for the employee lifecycle.
* Process staff changes and update HR systems.
* Maintain accurate HR records and file documents.
* Handle references and third-party requests.
* Manage the HR mailbox.
* Prepare documentation for DSARs.
* Track DBS and visa renewals.
* Provide first-line policy advice.
About You:
We seek an articulate, proactive, and professional individual with previous HR or administration experience. You should be organized, process-driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR Management Systems, Excel, and reporting is essential.
