Job Role: Company Secretarial Administrator
Location: New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
As a Company Secretarial Administrator, you will contribute to our vision to be recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector. You will support and enhance the effectiveness of the Company Secretarial team, manage your own workload, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including issuing membership certificates, mailing notices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the effectiveness of the Company Secretarial team based in New Milton
* Organise and manage own workload within the team
* Complete administrative tasks for the team
* Issue membership certificates to new owners
* Mail merge and send notices as required
* Identify and support continuous improvement plans to create efficiencies, improve service, and achieve cost savings
* Capture opportunities to streamline and digitise processes, aligning with Innovus’s wider business strategy of outstanding service
* Develop expert knowledge of the team’s compliance and processes
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience of administrative work in environments with strict deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet service level targets
* Strong understanding of customer communications and experience handling challenging conversations
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
