About the role As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, candidate attraction, and client engagement. You will play a key role in positioning Integra People as a trusted partner for both clients, job seekers, and prospective employees, ensuring our brand presence stands out in a highly competitive market. Working closely with our recruitment consultants and leadership team, you will manage campaigns across digital and offline channels, optimise content for candidate and client attraction, and ensure consistent brand messaging that aligns with our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the marketing strategy to support business growth, candidate attraction, and client acquisition. * Manage Integra People’s online presence, including website, SEO, PPC, job boards, and social media platforms. * Create engaging content tailored for both clients and candidates (blogs, case studies, email campaigns, videos, thought-leadership pieces). * Collaborate with consultants to design effective vacancy advertising campaigns that maximise reach and response. * Plan and manage promotional activities such as networking events, and webinars. * Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns using data-driven insights; provide recommendations to improve ROI. * Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints. * Manage relationships with external suppliers (designers, agencies, printers, digital partners). * Keep up to date with recruitment market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation. Requirements * Proven experience in managing all marketing activity, ideally within the recruitment, staffing, or professional services sector. * Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation. * Experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms. * Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Data-driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and market insights. * Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas for brand and campaign development. Desirable Skills * Knowledge of recruitment sector dynamics and candidate/client attraction strategies. * Experience using recruitment marketing platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Event management experience (e.g., recruitment fairs, trade shows, webinars).
