Client Accounts Manager - £15 - £20 per hour - Woking - 3 month interim assignment
I am seeking a Clients Account Manager on an interim basis. The role is working at an Accountancy Practice based in Woking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
* Liaise with clients to resolve account queries and ensure timely settlements.
* Prepare regular reports on account status, aged debtors, and cash flow.
* Coordinate with the finance department to ensure correct revenue recognition.
* Support new client onboarding with financial documentation and payment setup.
* Monitor client contracts for compliance with agreed terms and billing schedules.
* Assist in month-end and year-end close processes relating to client accounts.
* Escalate overdue accounts and work with collections teams where necessary.
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of financial processes and account reconciliation.
* Proficiency in Sage and/or Xero
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
