Clinical education & practice development lead – Community services
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated nurse to lead clinical education and practice development within our Community Nursing Service. This key role will support workforce growth, enhance patient safety, and uphold high standards of care across diverse settings, including patients’ homes, care homes, and virtual wards. You’ll provide expert guidance, coordinate competency frameworks, and deliver targeted learning to ensure excellence in out‑of‑hospital care. Join us and help shape the future of community nursing.
Full‑time and part‑time roles available (minimum 15 hrs per week). Please state in your application what you can commit to. The role will predominantly involve Monday‑Friday hours, but weekend, twilight and night shift work may be required and will be discussed at interview.
Interviews are expected to be held week commencing 8th December followed by the following week.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point. As a Band 7, the salary ranges from £53,751 to £60,651 inclusive of HCA and PA pro‑rata.
