We are looking for a committed MDSA (Midday Supervisory Assistant) to join our friendly and supportive team in September 2025.
You will be responsible for:-
• Supervising and caring for the children during lunchtimes
• Interacting with children and ensuring that they are engaged in active, purposeful, positive and co-operative play
• Ensuring children are behaving appropriately and in line with the school's behaviour policy at all times - 'Ready, Respectful and Safe'
• Being aware of and responding to Health & Safety issues promptly
• Being a strong, positive role model for the children and other staff
• Following the school's policy and procedures on child protection and Safeguarding and attending any relevant training
• Working with colleagues to supervise and clear the dining hall
• Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Previous experience is not necessary, but you must be willing and able to attend relevant training
