The Role
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Retrofit Assessors who want to build a long-term career within the retrofit industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation at an exciting stage of growth.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
Completing Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS2035 requirements.
Carrying out detailed property surveys using the latest digital tools (including Matterport 3D capture).
Gathering accurate data to support Retrofit Coordinators and Designers in delivering effective energy efficiency strategies.
Engaging with residents to ensure a smooth assessment experience and providing professional advice where appropriate.
Working collaboratively with our wider team to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of Level 3 Domestic Retrofit Assessor qualification (essential).
A passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and the retrofit sector.
A professional, detail-focused approach to surveys and reporting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and clients.
A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
