The role sits at the centre of the business, partnering with Commercial, Customer Operations, and IT to drive adoption and make Salesforce the heartbeat of operations. It's based in London, with opportunities for international travel to connect with the wider commercial teams.
Your impact will cover:
* Operational leadership keeping Salesforce running smoothly and seamlessly
* Salesforce expertise being the go-to admin and product lead, aligning CRM with end-to-end processes
* Process integration embedding workflows into Salesforce to boost collaboration and efficiency
* Reporting & dashboards building insights that track and drive commercial performance
* KPI management setting, monitoring, and improving performance measures
