Reporting to the Country Managing Director UK and Ireland, i n this role you will develop and e xecute the implementation of the Go-To-Market strategy for growing industries and clients within the renewable, nuclear, utilities and datacenter sector. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, general management, and market development. You will define the strategic vision for these categories and build the communities around them. This is a hands ‑ on frontline role that will allow you to drive change and create a long lasting, visible impact across the organi z ation and wider industry. How you’ll make an impact Serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership teams by structuring, analy z ing, and communicating complex business challenges and delivering actionable plans and insights that directly influence executive-level decision making on the prioriti z ation of key growth opportunities. Identify and implement industry best practices, key operational processes, industry policies and certifications. D evelop optimal revenue models, sales, and distribution channels. Build business cases and evaluate market expansion opportunities across partnerships, pricing, channels, and new market entry strategies. Partner cross- functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales to execute regional growth initiatives. Priorities and track investments across new product development initiatives.
