About the Door Supervisor Role
As a Door Supervisor during the World Cup period, you’ll help venues create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers watching live matches.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Managing venue entrances and customer flow
* Supporting busy matchday crowds
* Working with venue teams during peak trading periods
* Monitoring beer gardens, bar areas and event spaces
* Checking IDs and supporting venue policies
* Helping prevent issues before they erupt
* Responding calmly and professionally to incidents
* Completing reports where required
What We’re Looking For
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
* Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
* Experience in hospitality, nightlife, events or security
* Reliability and strong teamwork
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchday shifts
* Ability to pass BS7858 security vetting
